Negative experience

2.0/ 5

Following an agreement and the initial procedure, the price unexpectedly increased by $500. The implant lasted for three years before it nearly failed. When I visited the Round Rock location, they incorrectly diagnosed tooth #5 as faulty and proposed an extraction and new implant for $6,000. Skeptical about this solution, I left and consulted a periodontist instead. It turned out that the implant on tooth #4 was improperly installed, causing complications with tooth #5. There were four issues with the implant on tooth #4: it was installed crookedly, it impacted tooth #5, the site was inadequately prepared for the implant, and the overall work was substandard. The periodontist addressed these issues by cleaning the area, adding bone grafts, and preparing it for a correctly positioned implant. Thankfully, tooth #5 was found to be healthy and can now withstand full pressure.

Dr. Bhakta is a wonderful dentist

5.0/ 5

I have been a patient of Dr. Bhakta for many years. He is a wonderful kind person that is a great implantologist. He has corrected other Dr’s. work in addition to doing many implants needed from falls and car wreck. He has been more cautious and caring than other dentists that have done other implants and crowns. It is always a pleasure to visit his office because I know everything will go very smoothly.
