Dr. Mark DiBona is a graduate of Trinity College and New York University School of Dentistry. He completed a two-year residency at Brookdale Hospital Medical Center in New York. During this residency, he was involved in pioneering research in the development of dental implants, and has been placing and restoring dental implants for over 35 years. Dr. DiBona has attained Diplomate status from the American Board of Oral Implantology and Fellowship status from the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, the American Association of Hospital Dentists, and the Academy of General Dentistry. He has published and lectured extensively. He is a manuscript editor for two dental journals and is an honorary member of the Medical Staff at Exeter Hospital.

Dr. DiBona is married with three grown daughters, including Dr. Elizabeth DiBona. In his spare time, he is a painter, a sculptor, and a cabinet-maker. He also enjoys skiing and hiking. Lately, Dr. DiBona has been enjoying being a “poppi” to his five grandchildren.
Education
Dr. Mark DiBona graduated from Trinity College in Hartford, CT in 1969. He received his D.D.S. Degree from New York University in 1973. After graduating from dental school, Dr. DiBona did a two-year General Practice Residency at the Brookdale Hospital Medical Center in New York City. During this residency, he received extensive training in anxiety control, dental implants, oral surgery, and cosmetic dentistry.
