He is a frequent lecturer, both domestically and internationally along with being an author of numerous journal articles and research projects. He maintains private practices in Pittsburgh, PA and Naples, FL limited to Oral Implantology. Also, he serves as the Surgical Director of the Misch International Implant Institute which is a world-renowned training center for practicing dentists in implant dentistry. He has been a faculty member with this institution for over twenty-four years. He has co-authored numerous articles and assisted in the writing of the most popular textbook in the field of Oral Implantology. Dr. Resnik has extensive research experience and is currently involved as one of seven clinicians participating in a five-year FDA study on dental implants.
