Dr. Resnik has practiced implant dentistry for over twenty seven years. He is licensed in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan, and Florida.
Dr. Resnik is a leading educator and researcher in the field of Prosthodontics and Oral Implantology.
He received his dental degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. Upon his graduation from dental school, he continued his training at the University by receiving a specialty degree in prosthodontics. Dr. Resnik then furthered his post-graduate education at the University of Pittsburgh by completing a fellowship in Oral Implantology and then receiving a Master’s degree for his research on dental implants.

He is also a consultant to numerous implant companies and dental laboratories. He is on the Credentialing Board 2007 – Present International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He is a Board Examiner 2010 – Present International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He is a frequent lecturer, both domestically and internationally along with being an author of numerous journal articles and research projects. He maintains private practices in Pittsburgh, PA and Naples, FL limited to Oral Implantology. Also, he serves as the Surgical Director of the Misch International Implant Institute which is a world-renowned training center for practicing dentists in implant dentistry. He has been a faculty member with this institution for over twenty-four years. He has co-authored numerous articles and assisted in the writing of the most popular textbook in the field of Oral Implantology. Dr. Resnik has extensive research experience and is currently involved as one of seven clinicians participating in a five-year FDA study on dental implants.
